Refund and Return Policy

At VINNOORA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized/stitched on order are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required for any return or refund request.
2. Reasons for Return
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Significant mismatch from the product description or images
3. How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support at +880 1865-432997 within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and a short description (with photos, if possible). Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the process.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card, or bank account).
Standard Refund Timeline: Refunds are completed within 7 to 10 working days from the date the return and refund request is approved. Depending on your bank or mobile wallet, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong size or a defective item, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability) within 3 days of delivery. If the requested size or variant is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead within the same 7–10 working days timeline.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for successfully cancelled prepaid orders follow the same 7–10 working days timeline.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, accessories, custom-stitched garments, and products purchased on clearance or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
