3. Orders & Payments
Orders placed through the website are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from our team. We accept payments through bKash, Nagad, debit/credit cards (via SSLCommerz), and Cash on Delivery where available.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery timeframes are 2–5 working days inside Dhaka and 3–7 working days outside Dhaka. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. Refunds, when applicable, are completed within 7 to 10 working days from the date the return is approved.
